We went for a walk this morning and Shannon is getting pretty good at finding birds in the sky and on lawns. The ones in the trees are trickier. We saw robins, mourning doves, grackles, a redwing blackbird, a cardinal, and some crows.
Right now she's sitting by the glass window saying, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no . . . " I think she's singing it to herself.

She sounds like she's getting sooo so big.
Those simple pleasures are what makes it all worth it.
